Nº KEnwood f-75l6, informou telefonicamente a este escritório às 7:08 A.M.,
hoje, que ele acabara de ver um objeto no céu descrito como um
objeto circular com uma cúpula de cristal que refletia luzes.

Ele disse que este objeto estava passando em direção ao norte vindo do
sudoeste e cruzou a cidade três quarteirões ao sul da Six Mile

na Rua Lamphere.

WHAVER informou que tentou ligar para Selfridge Field
para entrar em contato com a Força Aérea, mas suas tentativas foram in-
frutíferas. Ele então ligou para o escritório para fornecer as informações
acima.

WHAVER disse que tinha 23 anos de idade, era filho de um policial
de Detroit, e que tinha experiência anterior com a Patrulha Aérea

FROM : SA ROBERT ROSS REYNOLDS

SUBJECT: UNI DENTIFIYD FLYING OBJECTS

I DuWHAVE 15801 Decosta, Detroit, Michigan, Telephone

No. KEnwood f-75l6, telephonically advised this office at }:08 A.™.,
today, that ihe had just seen an object in the sky described as a
circular object with a crystal-type dome that reflected lights.

He said this object was passing in a northern direction from
southwest and crossed the City three blocks south of Six Mile

at Lamphere Street.

WHAVER advised that he attempted to call Selfridge Field
to get in touch with the Air Force but his attempts were un-
productive. He then called the office to furnish the above
information.

WHAVER sald he was 23 years of age, was the son of a Detroit
policeman, and that he had previous experience with the Civil Air
Patrol (CAP); however, he was not too familiar with the identi-
fication of aircraft. WEAVER stated he was on his way home from
his employment in Detroit when he observed instant object.

RECOMMEN DATION

Advise proper air force authorities.
